World Languages Day
May 20, 2014

The CLA Language Center staff and the World Languages Day planning committee are happy to announce that we have scheduled the 2014 World Languages Day!

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2014 and will take place on the University of Minnesota's East Bank. The East Bank is home to all of the language departments and is also the most historical part of the U of M campus!

Students will have the opportunity to try out three languages that are offered at the U of M and also have the option of taking informational classes on topics like study abroad or college readiness.

Over the next few months we will be sending invitations and opening the application of interest for Minnesota high school language teachers and parents.

As we continue to make changes and move forward with the event, we predict that it is bound to be another exciting day for both Minnesota high school students and for the community of learners and teachers at the U of M.

We look forward to you joining us and look forward to hearing from you soon!

If you are not already on our contact list, please fill out this short form to receive information about the event. You will not receive more than a few emails per year.
